Fees & payment plans
Programme fees, registration and instalment information are published clearly for each diploma.
Unless an intake notice says otherwise, the listed tuition fee includes scheduled teaching, standard assessment, core digital learning resources and normal project feedback.
A separate LKR 10,000 registration fee applies to the programmes currently listed. It supports enrolment administration and is shown alongside every tuition fee.
Each programme page shows the number of planned instalments and an approximate amount. Admissions provides the exact dates and any rounding adjustment before payment. Missing a payment may affect access, so contact the team early if circumstances change.
Learners are responsible for a suitable laptop, internet access, travel for Colombo delivery and any optional paid software they choose to use. Required paid tools, if any, will be disclosed for the intake before enrolment.
The offer and enrolment information will contain the refund, transfer and deferral rules that apply to the intake. Read them before paying. A programme schedule can change when minimum delivery requirements are not met, in which case available options will be explained.
Use only payment instructions issued through an official isbs.lk email or approved enrolment communication. ISBS Campus will not ask for card passwords, one-time passcodes or unrelated transfers.
