When you contact or apply, we may collect your name, email, phone number, education background, programme interest, study preference and message. Technical security and analytics services may also process IP address, browser, device, approximate location, pages viewed and interaction information.
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, review applications, communicate about admissions, protect forms and maintain necessary records. Website analytics helps us understand visits, content use and site performance so we can improve the experience. We do not sell personal information.
Resend processes information needed for email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals for bot protection, and Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site performance and usage. Google Analytics processes website usage information and may store analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Google advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in the site configuration.
We retain enquiry and application information only as long as reasonably needed for admissions, records, dispute handling and applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access should be limited to authorised purposes.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information where applicable by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for legitimate records.
